Why use a temporary email for rerolling?
Every new account needs a verification email. Using a real address each time is tedious and fills your inbox with promotions. A temporary address is ready without signing up and disappears when you are done, which makes creating accounts repeatedly much easier.
Can I get a fresh address for every new account?
Yes. Press the 'New address' button above the mailbox and confirm: the current address and its mail are cleared and a new address is created right away. Press it once per account.
What if the verification mail is late or missing?
When game servers are busy, mail can be a few minutes late. Wait a minute or two, then request the verification mail again in the game, before the address expires. If it still does not arrive, press 'New address' to try another domain.
What if the service blocks this domain?
Some services block temporary email domains. Press 'New address' to get another domain and try again; the membership also unlocks premium domains. If you tell us which service blocked you, it really helps us keep our domains in shape: use 'Report a blocked domain' on the report page.
What if I run out of time to enter the code?
The address lasts 60 minutes by default, and how long a code stays valid depends on the game. If a code expires, request a new one in the game and a new mail will arrive. If the address itself is about to expire, press 'Extend 30 min'.
Can I reuse an address later?
Temporary addresses disappear after a while, so there is no guarantee you can get the same one again. For accounts where you may need the same mail later, such as password resets, the membership's 'change and restore address' feature lets you choose an address of your own.
Should I check the game's terms?
Yes. Some games restrict creating multiple or repeated accounts. Please check the terms of the game you play first; we only provide a tool for receiving mail.
How long are the address and mail kept?
60 minutes by default. If you need more, press the 'Extend 30 min' button under the mailbox: up to 2 times as a guest, unlimited once you log in. After that, the address and the mail are deleted from our server.
Do I need to sign up or pay?
No. An address is ready the moment you open the page. Receiving mail is free without an account; only some domains and features like changing your address are part of the membership.
Can I send mail from this address?
No, it is receive-only. Use it for verification mail, notices and newsletters you receive.
